Black Belt
Attend the full week, all four weeks.
Green Belt
Attend Monday through noon Wednesday of each week.
Black Belt Transition
Attend noon Wednesday through Friday of each week.
Green Belt and Black Belt Transition candidates split the week at noon Wednesday.
Pricing
Price per candidate. Volume pricing is based on the total number of candidates from each Transformation Partner (employer). Book and pay on or before November 25, 2026 and take 20% off any tier.

Payment in full at booking. Not included: ASQ exam fees, study books, your laptop and Minitab. Classes meet in person at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio (building and room to be announced).
Good to know
- Limited seats. Maximum of 25 candidates across all tracks, first come, first served.
- Early-booking discount. 20% off for anyone who books and pays on or before November 25, 2026.
- Final booking deadline. December 21, 2026.
- Cancellation. Cancel after payment and receive a 75% refund (25% fee).
- Employer funding help. We help employers apply for grant funding, free of charge.
- Project teams. Your Green Belt and Black Belt candidates will identify their core project team during the Define phase. Ask us about Yellow Belt training for those teammates.
We can't guarantee results, but every candidate is trained to the more rigorous ASQ standard.
